Description: Instant Nonfat Dry Milk is made by removing the water and fat from cow’s milk to produce a dried powder that is uniform in particle size, highly soluble and reconstitutes with ease. Typical applications include use as a beverage, in beverage products and for cooking purposes. Contains a minimum of 2000 IU of Vitamin A and 400 IU of Vitamin D3 per quart at reconstitution.
